چکیده
Plantation land expansion in forest areas has been a problem for some time as an effort to meet rising food demands, so suitability measures are required. The development of the Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Geographic Information System (GIS) combination found be effective determining suitability, but still rarely plantation crops areas. study's goal was integrate AHP GIS methods evaluate class Wonosalam area. findings revealed that assessment obtained S3 results, or results were slightly accordance with erosion hazard constraint, potentially S2 quite many constraints such retention factors, nutrients, hazard, preparation. Furthermore, expert decision-making hierarchy concluded topography, climate, soil physical properties, nutrient can consistently influence direction policies durian, clove, coffee species. Rainfall, altitude, preparation, c-organic content all important priority parameters durian plants. In contrast cloves, temperature, surface rock, erosion, pH known factors suitability. Experts also consider humidity, C-Organic different types plants Forest Area.

Land suitability assessment for urban green space using AHP and GIS: A case study of Ahvaz parks, Iran
Soil is a vital parameter for planting design in urban green spaces especially in adverse climate conditions. In this study, the utilization of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in surveying land suitability for urban green space from measured criteria like suitability indices, including physical (i.e. clay, silt, sand, bulk density, penetration resistance), chemical (i.e. electrical conductivit...

Crop-land suitability analysis is a prerequisite to achieve optimum utilization of the available land resources for sustainable agricultural production. One of the most important and urgent problems in Bangladesh is to improve agricultural land management and cropping patterns to increase the agricultural production with efficient use of land resources. In Bangladesh, agriculture is the mainsta...

data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...
Suitability assessment of Saffron cultivation using GIS based multi-criteria decision analysis approach; study area: East-Azerbaijan province
In the way of finding economic and tolerable plant to the arid and semi-arid climatic conditions and prevent desertification in these areas, this study aims to assess Agro-climatic suitability for producing Saffron in East-Azerbaijan province based on Geographic Information System (GIS) spatial analysis technique. For this goal, several criteria including soil conditions, climatological in...
متن کاملIntegrated Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and GIS for Land Use Suitability Analysis
Analysis of land-use suitability requires consideration of variety of criteria. Application of GIS alone could not overcome the issue of inconsistency in expert opinion when trying to judge and assign relative importance to each of many criteria considered in a suitability analysis. To address this issue, the Analytical Hierarchy Process method is used in combination with the GIS tool. The pape...
