Multicasting of quantum states is an essential feature internet. Since the noncloning theorem prohibits perfect cloning unknown state, appropriate protocol may depend on purpose multicast. In this paper, we treat multicasting a single copy state over network with free classical communication. We especially focus protocols exactly asymmetric optimal universal clone.
