چکیده
Abstract Halide perovskites are promising materials with many significant applications in photovoltaics and optoelectronics. Their highly dispersive permittivity relation leads to a non-linear relationship between the frequency wavenumber. This, turn, means resonance of system is described by eigenvalue problem, which mathematically challenging understand. In this paper, we use integral methods quantify resonant properties halide perovskite nano-particles. We prove that, for arbitrarily small particles, subwavelength frequencies can be expressed terms eigenvalues Newtonian potential associated its shape. also characterize hybridized dimer two particles. Finally, examine specific case spherical resonators demonstrate that our new results consistent previous works.

Metal halide perovskite light emitters.
Twenty years after layer-type metal halide perovskites were successfully developed, 3D metal halide perovskites (shortly, perovskites) were recently rediscovered and are attracting multidisciplinary interest from physicists, chemists, and material engineers. Perovskites have a crystal structure composed of five atoms per unit cell (ABX3) with cation A positioned at a corner, metal cation B at t...
متن کاملA lead-halide perovskite molecular ferroelectric semiconductor
Inorganic semiconductor ferroelectrics such as BiFeO3 have shown great potential in photovoltaic and other applications. Currently, semiconducting properties and the corresponding application in optoelectronic devices of hybrid organo-plumbate or stannate are a hot topic of academic research; more and more of such hybrids have been synthesized. Structurally, these hybrids are suitable for explo...
متن کاملUltrathin Colloidal Cesium Lead Halide Perovskite Nanowires.
Highly uniform single crystal ultrathin CsPbBr3 nanowires (NWs) with diameter of 2.2 ± 0.2 nm and length up to several microns were successfully synthesized and purified using a catalyst-free colloidal synthesis method followed by a stepwise purification strategy. The NWs have bright photoluminescence (PL) with a photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) of about 30% after surface treatment. Large...
متن کاملMetal halide perovskite nanomaterials: synthesis and applications
Nanomaterials refer to those with at least one dimension being at the nanoscale (i.e. <100 nm) such as quantum dots, nanowires, and nanoplatelets. These types of materials normally exhibit optical and electrical properties distinct from their bulk counterparts due to quantum confinement or strong anisotropy. In this perspective, we will focus on a particular material family: metal halide perovs...
متن کاملOptically pumped subwavelength-scale metallodielectric nanopatch resonators
We discuss subwavelength-scale semiconductor metal-optic resonators placed on the metal substrate with various top metal plate sizes. Albeit with large optical losses, addition of metal layers converts a leaky semiconductor nano-block into a highly-confined optical cavity. Optically pumped lasing action is observed with the extended top metal layer that can significantly suppress the radiation ...
