Heterogeneity is a key feature of stone density as Hounsfield Unit (HU) on computer tomography (CT) for extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy (ESWL) outcomes predicting in urinary calculi patients. The goal this study to develop the modified 2D and 3D automate heterogeneity index variation coefficient estimation program predict ESWL treatment. For 2D, proposed was selected largest slice whole input then related variables, were calculated by using average HU number voxels stone. these it also developed system all slices including Moreover, schematic diagram produced show internal structure order estimate compositional All processes established without manual process. And then, result presented compared with measurements. described methods can provide assist prediction treatment success diagnosis.
