The features of building on the basis programmable logic integrated circuits “arbiter” physical unclonable functions (APUF) are considered. problem asymmetry pairs APUF paths is indicated and negative impact this phenomenon their characteristics noted. A time measuring system based a ring oscillator scheme, which used to analyze paths, described. method for automatic balancing signal propagation delays through calculation corrective value proposed. consistency proposed technique experimentally confirmed improvement in after its implementation. digital scheme presented, can form development delay auto correction with different levels autonomy.
