Beyond Nonorthogonal Multiple Access: New Role of Constructive Interference

چکیده
In this letter, we introduce a novel framework of constructive non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) transmission, which provides the merit interference utilization and breaks through (CI)’s limitation on multiuser (MU) capability. With dedicated synthetic successive coding hybrid MU designs, NOMA (CNOMA) precoder is proposed, particularly suitable for scenario where users have heterogeneous throughput requirements. Explicitly, it makes composite always beneficial to having high requirement, while accommodating another sets under their subscribed reception-quality requirement. Finally, number fundamental properties CNOMA design revealed, such as tradeoff between improvement Simulation demonstrates that proposed significantly outperforms classic CI minimum-mean-square-error precoders in performance, meanwhile obtains capability close designs.

Nonorthogonal Multiple Access for Beamforming in Energy-Harvesting Enabled Networks
Wireless power transfer via radio-frequency (RF) radiation is regarded as a potential solution to energize energy-constrained users, who are deployed close to the base stations (near-by users). However, energy transfer requires much more transmit power than normal information transfer, which makes it very challenging to provide the quality of service in terms of throughput for all near-by users...
متن کاملMultiple Access Interference in Multi-Carrier CDMA
Multi-carrier code division multiple access (MC-CDMA) technique maintains the original signaling interval while it spreads the signal over wide bandwidth like direct-sequence code division multiple access (DS-CDMA) technique. Low amount of delay spread reduces the guard interval in MC-CDMA and make it power efficient. MC-CDMA is sensitive to frequency offset and small Doppler spread is preferre...
متن کاملDistributed Interference Cancellation in Multiple Access Channels
In this paper, we consider a Gaussian multiple access channel with multiple independent additive white Gaussian interferences. Each interference is known to exactly one transmitter non-causally. The capacity region is characterized to within a constant gap regardless of channel parameters. These results are based on a layered modulo-lattice scheme which realizes distributed interference cancell...
متن کاملConstructive Interference in Parallel Algorithms *
Parallel algorithms are developed in the setting of iterative multilevel methods. The constituent parts of the algorithms are dependent rather than independent as in conventional parallel algorithms. We develop cases and conditions wherein this dependence generates a constructive interference in the computation. The resulting parallel algorithms can then be more efficient than serial counterparts.
متن کاملFrequency-hopped multiple-access communication with nonorthogonal BFSK in Rayleigh fading channels
A nonorthogonal binary frequency-shift keying is considered in frequency-hopped multiple-access communication systems with Reed–Solomon coding. The effect of tone spacing on the average number of successfully transmitted information bits per unit time per unit bandwidth (called normalized throughput) is examined in Rayleigh fading channels. The tradeoff among tone spacing, code rate, and number...
