چکیده
Impedance spectroscopy (IS) is an effective characterization technique used to probe and distinguish charge dynamics occurring at different timescales in optoelectronic electric devices. With the rapid rise of research being conducted on perovskite solar cells (PSCs), IS has significantly contributed understanding their device performance degradation mechanisms, including metastable effects such as current–voltage hysteresis. The ionic–electronic behavior PSCs presence a wide variety compositions cell architectures add complexity accurate interpretation physical processes these In this review, most common protocols are explained help perform impedance measurements PSC It critically reviews commonly equivalent circuits alongside drift-diffusion modeling complementary analyze response PSCs. As emerging method for characterizing interfacial recombination between layer selective contacts, light intensity modulated further discussed. Lastly, important works application measurement summarized followed by detailed discussion, providing critical perspective outlook growing topic

Study the Effect of Silicon Nanowire Length on Characteristics of Silicon Nanowire Based Solar Cells by Using Impedance Spectroscopy
Silicon nanowire (SiNW) arrays were produced by electroless method on polycrystalline Si substrate, in HF/ AgNO3 solution. Although the monocrystalline silicon wafer is commonly utilized as a perfect substrate, polycrystalline silicon as a low cost substrate was used in this work for photovoltaic applications. In order to study the influence of etching time (which affects the SiNWs length) on d...

The effect of the thickness of ceramic membrane on the productivity of microbial fuel cells (MFCs) was investigated with respect to the electricity generation and domestic wastewater treatment efficiencies. The thickest ceramic membrane (9 mm) gained the highest coulombic efficiency (27.58±4.2 %), voltage (681.15±33.1 mV), and current and power densities (447.11±21.37 mA/m2, 63.82±10.42 mW/m2) ...

The analysis of perovskite solar cells by impedance spectroscopy has provided a rich variety of behaviors that demand adequate interpretation. Two main features have been reported: First, different impedance spectral arcs vary in combination; second, inductive loops and negative capacitance characteristics appear as an intrinsic property of the current configuration of perovskite solar cells. H...
متن کاملModelization of the Impedance Spectroscopy of composites by Electrical Networks
We examined in this work the effect of the inter-grains distributions as well as the scaling of the complex impedance in order to analyze its frequency dependance for composite metal-insulator films. The dependance of the characteristic frequencies on the inter-grain distribution is shown for large sample sizes. The impedance spectra become statistically stable above sizes of the order 200x200.
