The building information modelling (BIM) methodology supports collaborative works, based on the centralization of all in a federated BIM model and an efficient level interoperability between BIM-based platforms. Concerning structure design, capacity most used software presents limitations that must be identified alternative solutions proposed. This study analyzes process transfer models modeling analysis tools.
