Bioinspired Optimization of Germination Nutrients Based on Lactuca sativa Seedling Root Traits as Influenced by Seed Stratification, Fortification and Light Spectrums

Ecophysiological stimulators directly affect root morphology, especially in the embryonic stage. To enhance crop germination, an understanding of traits under abiotic inducers is needed. In this study, combined impacts white and red-blue light spectrums, cold stratification, seed fortification involving various concentrations bioactive chemicals namely simple nutrient addition program solution, gibberellic acid, α-naphthaleneacetic acid with thiamine hydrochloride were evaluated on loose-leaf lettuce (Lactuca sativa var. Altima) seedling architecture. The growth-promoting effects these nutrients varied growth rate morphology roots which are immediately shown during radicle development. Integrated computer vision computational intelligence employed for phytomorphological signatures extraction seedlings that cultivated a customized modulable spectrum experimental chamber (MSPEC). Root phenotype model was developed using graph-cut segmentation region properties, ideal germination concentration optimized bioinspired models firefly algorithm optimal result 204.1 mg/L nitrate, 238.15 phosphate, 158.08 potassium. It verified can endure highly concentrated nutrients, however, it more sensitive to phosphate as macronutrient significantly promotes increased whorl number exposure stratification.
