چکیده
Pathogenic bacteria groups can be applied to rapid bioindicator for environmental assessment. The objective of study was monitor 5 indicator and pathogenic (Escherichia coli/ total coliform, Salmonella spp., Vibrio Bacillus spp. Clostridium spp.) in surface water sediments collected before monsoon after season from 6 areas located a Thepha District, Songkhla province mangrove closed Southern gulf Thailand. Each area were selected criteria totally different environment parameter tide. relative levels coliforms, E. coli, typically increased rainy (July) compared with winter summer at most sites. In parallel, the highest number found (April). coli Coliform detected during estuary low oxygen dissolved, average numbers 6.6×103 3.8×105 CFU/g, respectively. shows negative correlate dissolved (r2 = 0.756, p < 0.05). addition, bivalve mollusks but not over standard. A very strong positive correlation between temperature presence has pH, contrast, strongly correlated salinity 0.632, species only 2 around shrimp farm December year-round. this area, there are no evidence that founded related changing season. 15 صفحه اولElectrogenic Sulfur Oxidation by Cable Bacteria in Bivalve Reef Sediments
Cable bacteria induce long-distance electron transport in the seafloor and can exert a powerful control on the elemental cycling in marine sediments by creating extreme excursions in porewater pH. Yet, the natural distribution of cable bacteria is still largely unknown, and so their role in coastal biogeochemical cycling remains poorly quantified. Here we show that cable bacteria can be abundan...

A collection of proliferative disorders in mollusks has been assembled over a period of years through pathologic studies of epizootic neoplastic disease (Christensen. Farley. and Kern. 1974; Farley. 1969b; Farley and Sparks. 1970) and routine histologic studies from many locations (Farley. 1968. 1969b; Farley and Sparks. 1970). Diagnosis and characterization of the neoplastic diseases in mollus...
