Wireless sensor networks (WSNs), as an integral part of most Internet Things (IoT) devices, are currently proliferating providing a new paradigm emerging technologies. It is estimated that the number globally connected products will increase exponentially in next decade. Therefore, it not surprising finding applications different areas such smart homes, cities, industry, e-health, defense, security, vehicle networks, agriculture, and logistics among others. WSNs transmit information gathered by existing sensors IoT devices to header nodes acting gateways reach cloud computing process this information. The processing data through has made possible provide intelligence strategical environments agrifood sector. Securing how transmitted assuring integrity preserved. use blockchain technology proven be effective for securing transactions entities.
