Process understanding and process monitoring are of great importance in production order to control processes guarantee a high quality. Demanding customer requirements with an increasing number variants pose even greater challenge the quality processes, as this must be maintained at highest level event changes. In addition, new regulations standards require data recorded stored, especially manufacturing environments for medical safety equipment (e.g., surgical instruments, camera systems automotive industry).
