Calculation of gravitational corrections using airborn laser scanning data

چکیده

Calculation of corrections to gravity measurements is one the most important stages that determine whole quality research. Wrong can lead incorrect interpretation obtained and their false interpretation. To achieve highly accurate results, it necessary take into account not only height, but also entire array information about relief. In this case, level detail relief model becomes critically important, especially in case working with rugged terrain large number vertically developed rock formations (outliers, faults, steep slopes). Now methods normally used are based on use previously created materials from cartographic archives (topographic maps at a scale 1:100,000–1:25,000). It possible open (free) models. These have drawbacks, for example, low microrelief inclined surfaces (slopes, walls, incisions) significant effect values measured by gravimeters located small distance such forms. The available do assume ability work dense shortcomings wrong during gravimetric measurements. however, using modern remote sensing makes obtain high-precision models easily. best opportunities provided lIDAR technology. here we describe differences between data other types (1:25,000 maps, models), make comparison corrections, calculated different sources.

Denoising of Laser Scanning Data using Wavelet

Regarding the terrestrial laser scanning accuracy, one of the main problems is the noise in measured distance which is necessary for the spatial coordinates ́ determination. In this paper the technique of using the wavelet transformation for the reduction of the noise in the laser scanning data is described. This method of filtration is made in “post processing” and due to this fact any changes ...

Intelligent Laser Scanning of 3D Surfaces Using Optical Camera Data

aBstract In CAD/CAM, reverse engineering involves obtaining a CAD model from an object that already exists. An exact replica can then be produced, or modifications can be made before manufacture. Single-perspective triangulation sensors provide an inexpensive method for data acquisition. However, such sensors are subject to localised distortions caused by secondary reflections or occlusion of t...

Canopy Extraction Using Airborne Laser Scanning Data in Forestry Areas

To understand the biomass condition in the forestry areas, the detection for individual trees becomes an important topic. For forestry management, the canopy may be described with several parameters, e.g., number of stems, stand position, tree height, timber volume, canopy cover, etc. Traditional methods rely on field measurements, imagery, and radar data to derive the canopy information. Follo...

Plane Fitting on Airborne Laser Scanning Data Using RANSAC

Model fitting refers to problem that computing the most ideal parameters of a model so that the model gives the greatest extent of coincidence with the data. The most widely used method for fitting data with Gaussian noises should be ordinary least squares. However, the ordinary least squares method treats each datum equally, which makes it unsuitable for fitting the data containing outliers. T...

Segmentation-based Classification of Laser Scanning Data

Over the past few years, laser scanning has been established as a leading technology for the acquisition of high density 3D spatial information. Digital Terrain Models (DTMs), which can be used for different engineering applications, are obtained by classification of laser data and removing the points that do not belong to terrain surface. The commonly used methods for the classification of las...
