By doing a small $c$ (speed of light) expansion $SU(N)$ Yang-Mills fields, we construct two different electric and magnetic sectors actions Carrollian theory. For both cases, one sector contains non-trivial self-interaction, another is $N^2-1$ copies respective abelian In $d=4$ , all the four are invariant under infinite Conformal symmetry. There no central extensions when analyzing charge algebra at phase space level. Lastly, compute propagators for vertices sectors. Propagators in position show ultra-local behavior.
