چکیده

Cadonilimab is the first bi-specific antibody approved for certain malignancies in June 2022, which has a modified Fc structure to reduce immune-related adverse events. To date, no reports have described Cadonilimab-related toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN). Here, we report case of TEN-like reactions occurring during treatment hepatocellular carcinoma with combination Lenvatinib and transarterial chemoembolization, successfully treated supplemental Adalimumab. We confirmed as culprit observed significant improvement patient’s condition following Adalimumab treatment. The emphasizes potential risk inducing TEN, suggests that could be favorable option treating refractory TEN.

Toxic epidermal necrolysis. A case report.

We present an extreme case of Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis, which corresponds to a severe form of Stevens Johnson Syndrome. This is a potentially fatal immune reaction that affects skin and mucosa, producing blisters and sloughing of the epithelium. Severe sequelae, including blindness, hearing loss, tooth malformation and esophageal destruction are seen in this case.

Fluconazole induced toxic epidermal necrolysis: a case report

Drug induced toxic epidermal necrolysis and Stevens Johnson syndrome are more commonly associated with medications such as sulfonamides, penicillin, anticonvulsants, oxicam non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, allopurinol and corticosteroids. Isolated instances secondary to drugs outside of the aforementioned classes have also been reported. We report a case of probable toxic epidermal necrol...
