Challenges in Teaching Literature in EMI to EFL Speaking Students at University Level: Instructors' Perception

The study's objective was to explore the achieved challenges in applied pedagogy practices of English literature majors that are delivered Medium Instruction (EMI) context foreign language (EFL) students at various Lebanese Universities. Understanding instructors experiencing through implementation course work is central focus study. study aimed highlight practiced delivery academic framework EMI and setbacks this having on university attempting successfully achieve specified disciplinary objectives within designated time frame acquiring content its entirety as experienced when language. highlights students' proficiency needed internationalized contents objectives. Supplementary findings from questionnaire reveal admission can not assume have required skills upon registration. data further suggests need an A-level ensure taught received totality, par with other programs. Moreover, encourages current global universities non-Anglo countries examine how they may reformed their major courses EFL students.
