Changes in Protein Metabolism Indicators in Dairy Cows with Naturally Occurring Mycotoxicosis before and after Administration of a Mycotoxin Deactivator

The aim of the study was to evaluate selected indicators protein metabolism in cows fed with fodder contaminated mycotoxins after application a mycotoxin deactivator product (MDP). Experimental group (Exp.)—10 cows, total mixed ration (TMR) containing: 0.769 mg/kg-deoxynivalenol and 0.032 mg/kg-zearalenone TMR DM. Control (Con.)—10 without mycotoxins. In exp. (MDP) Mycofix Plus used form an additive amount 10 g/head/day for 90 days. Blood taken Exp. three times, before MDP administration, on days 30 its use. con. group, blood collected once. All were assessed free amino acids, protein, albumin, globulin, urea. Cows mycotoxicosis (before administration) showed low total-essential (TEAA) total-non-essential acids (TNEAA) compared administration (p < 0.01). Compared control TNEAA values lower TEAA higher all dates 0.001). results our research negative impact parameters use improved processes overall health cows.
