چکیده
The purpose of the review. To systematize literature data on changes in structure intestinal microbiota patients with chronic pancreatitis (CP). Key findings. human is a dynamically changing system that constantly undergoing qualitative and quantitative changes, especially several pathological conditions digestive system. At present, differences pancreatic diseases are poorly understood. severe CP associated impaired synthesis antimicrobial peptides, bicarbonates, enzymes by pancreas, which risk factor for dysbiotic microbiota, consisting development small bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) gut dysbiosis. results two large meta-analyses show about third have SIBO. colonic also characterized disorders, primarily reduction alpha-diversity. Some studies shown these an increase Firmicutes , while Bacteroides Faecalibacterium reduced. In addition, as rule, CP, growth Escherichia Shigella Streptococcus recorded. Conclusion. general, scientific papers revealed significant heterogeneity profiles CP. Thus, questions remain open, prioritizing further study identifying specifics its can personalize selection enzyme replacement therapy restrict unreasonable prescription additional pharmacotherapy (the use proton pump inhibitors / or antibacterial drugs).

Altered intestinal microbiota in patients with chronic pancreatitis: implications in diabetes and metabolic abnormalities
Intestinal dysbiosis and its functional implications in chronic pancreatitis (CP) have not been elaborately studied. We evaluated the taxonomic and functional alterations in intestinal microbiota in 30 well-characterised patients with CP (16 without, 14 with diabetes) and 10 healthy controls. The patients with CP and diabetes had significantly longer disease duration and greater degree of malnu...

Effectiveness of Single-Port Thoracoscopic Splanchnicectomy in Controlling Pain in Patients with Chronic Pancreatitis
Introduction: Chronic pancreatitis is defined as a persistent pancreatic inflammatory disease. In chronic pancreatitis, recurrent episodes of inflammation lead to the replacement of pancreatic parenchyma with fibrotic connective tissue. Chronic pancreatitis pain, which may initially mimic acute pancreatitis, is severe, frequent, and continual and has a major impact on the quality of life and so...

Background: Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors, Human guts harbor abundant microbes that adjust many aspects of host physiology. Increasing studies show that gut microbiota plays a significant role in the incidence and expansion of CRC, as a result of virulence factors, bacterial metabolites, or inflammatory pathways. Materials and Methods: In this study, viability o...
