چکیده
El objetivo de la investigación fue aislar y caracterizar cepas Vibrio obtenidas agua marina en línea playa zona adyacente a plataforma extracción petrolera CX-11 del Lote Z1 ubicado 17 km ciudad La Cruz (Tumbes, Perú). Las fueron aisladas caldo mineral Bushnell Haas suplementado con petróleo crudo, luego subcultivadas tripticasa soya (TSB) hasta obtener colonias puras, las cuales caracterizadas mediante tinción Gram pruebas oxidasa catalasa; además identificadas secuenciamiento un fragmento sus genes 16S ARNr.
