On the Quaternionic Curves in the Semi-Euclidean Space E_4_2
In this study, we investigate the semi-real quaternionic curves in the semi-Euclidean space E_4_2. Firstly, we introduce algebraic properties of semi-real quaternions. Then, we give some characterizations of semi-real quaternionic involute-evolute curves in the semi-Euclidean space E42 . Finally, we give an example illustrated with Mathematica Programme.
متن کاملGeneralized Planar Curves and Quaternionic Geometry
Motivated by the analogies between the projective and the almost quaternionic geometries, we first study the generalized planar curves and mappings. We follow, recover, and extend the classical approach, see e.g. [9, 10]. Then we exploit the impact of the general results in the almost quaternionic geometry. In particular we show, that the natural class of H–planar curves coincides with the clas...
متن کاملShimura Curves Lecture 10: Quaternionic Moduli
Let B/Q be an indefinite quaternion algebra of discriminant D (we allow the case of D = 1, i.e., B ∼= M2(Q)) and ON a level N Eichler order in B. By taking Γ(ON ) = Γ(B,ON ) to be the elements of O× of positive reduced norm, we get an arithmetic Fuchsian group and hence a Riemann surface ON\H. So as not to prejudice matters, let us temporarily denote the Shimura curve associated to any quaterni...
متن کاملsome characterizations for legendre curves in the 3-dimensional sasakian space
in this paper, we give some characterizations for legendre spherical, legendre normal and legendre rectifying curves in the 3-dimensional sasakian space. furthermore, we show that legendre spherical curves are also legendre normal curves. in particular, we prove that the inverse of curvature of a legendre rectifying curve is a non-constant linear function of the arclength parameter.
متن کاملSplit-Perfect Graphs: Characterizations and Algorithmic Use
Two graphs G and H with the same vertex set V are P4-isomorphic if every four vertices {a, b, c, d} ⊆ V induce a chordless path (denoted by P4) in G if and only if they induce a P4 in H. We call a graph split-perfect if it is P4-isomorphic to a split graph (i.e., a graph being partitionable into a clique and a stable set). This paper characterizes the new class of split-perfect graphs using the...
