This article presents the converter circuit analysis, mathematical modeling followed by deriving its average state space equations. The model so obtained is simulated in MATLAB open loop and closed configuration changes output are observed. Specifically, Buck & Boost converters with without controller at steady study of their transient responses to changing inputs a design implementation on SIMULINK presented here. method used control Proportional Integral error correction that PI which reduce errors stabilize variable input fed or converters. tool parameters PID Tuner application MATLAB. analyses plots derived using lets us examine performance time frequency domain. advantage is, it allows user interactively refine adjust bandwidth phase margin favor set-point tracking disturbance rejection. designed analyzed current mode voltage switch on/off. long term goal have sophisticated for buck boost where them, as allow simulation fully understand how behave when implemented. tested here similar nature being standalone solar wind energy generation distribution systems. reflects renewable sources broaden scope these be implanted such systems
