چکیده
Background: Tooth extraction is surgical treatment with clinical manifestation alveolar bone resorption of 11-63% which potentially fails dental implant treatment. Socket preservation regeneration to minimize morphological changes in post-extraction using graft. Anti-inflammatory biomaterial needed modulate inflammatory cascade the lesion. Anthocyanin ternatin a flavonoid derived from butterfly pea (Clitoria ternatea) as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidants agent. Hydroxyapatite/β-Tricalcium Phosphate coralline (HA/β-TCP coralline) combination bioceramic material calcium carbonate heating Porites spp. coral has potential induce osteogenesis, osteoinduction, osteoconduction. Combination HA/β-TCP applied defect area dried powder form hard tissue regeneration. Purpose: To describe socket implant. Review: coraline socket. suppresses ROS iNOS then inhibit NF-kB signaling pathway. Downregulation pathway decreases TNF-α IL-1β/6 expression so RANKL inhibited. Lowering followed by upregulated Ca2+ level causes increase DKK1 PTEN Akt Wnt induced. Upregulation proteins induces BMP2/TGF-β/Smad1/5/8 activation manifest Runx2, OCN, Osx preosteoblast differentiation osteoblast increased. Conclusion:

Alveolar atrophy following tooth extraction remains a challenge for future dental implant placement. Immediate implant placement and postextraction alveolar preservation are 2 methods that are used to prevent significant postextraction bone loss. In this article, we report the management of a maxillary tooth extraction socket using an alveolar preservation technique involving placement of a con...
متن کاملZirconia as a Dental Biomaterial
Ceramics are very important in the science of dental biomaterials. Among all dental ceramics, zirconia is in evidence as a dental biomaterial and it is the material of choice in contemporary restorative dentistry. Zirconia has been applied as structural material for dental bridges, crowns, inserts, and implants, mostly because of its biocompatibility, high fracture toughness, and radiopacity. H...

protocol. Observational1-4 as well as volumetric1,2,5 studies of bone remodeling subsequent to tooth extraction have clearly demonstrated the inevitable reduction in alveolar bone volume that occurs in the absence of clinical interventions to prevent it. The clinical consequences of this process often severely compromise restorative outcomes and/or reconstructive treatment planning. In the case...
