COMMON FACTORS AFFECTING GRADE-12 STUDENTS’ SPEAKING FLUENCY: A SURVEY OF CAMBODIAN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

The current study aimed to investigate the common factors affecting speaking fluency of grade 12 English-language students studying in upper secondary school. participants were composed 100 and 10 government teachers English, teaching 12. In collecting data, two different groups asked fill questionnaires with close-ended questions. obtained data quantitatively analysed SPSS, descriptive statistics used determine number percentage respondents. As a result, discovered that instructional methods fear caused by inhibition anxiety strongly affected students’ English-speaking most, as well many other subsequent factors. Thus, this can be useful for English reconsider their weaknesses strengths, identify weakness strength ascertain deficiency potency learning improve learning, specifically, skills. could also help better understand difficulties, find appropriate ways teach them efficiently.
