Compactifications of moduli of elliptic K3 surfaces: Stable pair and toroidal

چکیده
We describe two geometrically meaningful compactifications of the moduli space elliptic K3 surfaces via stable slc pairs, for different choices a polarizing divisor, and show that their normalizations are toroidal space, one ramification divisor another rational curve divisor. In course proof, we further develop theory integral affine spheres with 24 singularities. also construct (generalized) types ${\bf A_n}$ ($n\ge1$), C_n}$ ($n\ge0$) E_n}$ ($n\ge0$).

Elliptic Fibrations of Some Extremal Semi-stable K3 Surfaces
This paper presents explicit equations over Q for 32 extremal semistable elliptic K3 surfaces. They are realized as pull-back of non-semi-stable extremal rational elliptic surfaces via base change. Together with work of J. Top and N. Yui which exhibited the same procedure for the semi-stable extremal rational elliptic surfaces, this exhausts this approach to produce extremal semi-stable ellipti...

this thesis deals essentially (but not from all aspects) with the extension of the notion of semigroup compactification and the construction of a general theory of semitopological nonaffine (affine) transformation semigroup compactifications. it determines those compactification which are universal with respect to some algebric or topological properties. as an application of the theory, it is i...
15 صفحه اولHumbert surfaces and the moduli of lattice polarized K3 surfaces
In this article we introduce a collection of partial differential equations in the moduli of lattice polarized K3 surfaces whose algebraic solutions are the loci of K3 surfaces with lattice polarizations of higher rank. In the special case of rank 17 polarization such loci encode the well-known Humbert surfaces. The differential equations treated in the present article are directly derived from...
متن کاملK3 surfaces: moduli spaces and Hilbert schemes
LetX be an algebraicK3 surface. Fix an ample divisorH onX ,L ∈ Pic(X) and c2 ∈ Z. Let MH(r;L, c2) be the moduli space of rank r, H-stable vector bundles E over X with det(E) = L and c2(E) = c2. The goal of this paper is to determine invariants (r; c1, c2) for which MH(r;L, c2) is birational to some Hilbert scheme Hilb(X).
