چکیده
Objective: To observe the anesthesia and clinical efficacy of inhalation intravenous in patients with trigeminal neuralgia undergoing surgery.
Methods: This is a retrospective study. Eighty admitted to Affiliated Hospital Beihua University from July 2018 2021 were selected divided into two groups according different methods: group group, 40 cases each group. Patients given sevoflurane, while those anesthesia. Hemodynamics, intubation extubation time, postoperative consciousness recovery, adverse reactions effects surgery compared between during anesthesia.
Results: During induction anesthesia, after surgery, levels hemodynamic parameters increased before increase was smaller (P<0.05). had long time endotracheal but short completion intubation, which statistically significant Compared recovery significantly shorter incidence lower (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Inhalation sevoflurane more effective than treated nerve balloon avulsion, boasting satisfactory safety, less impact on hemodynamics, consciousness.

Comparison of Total Intravenous Anesthesia (TIVA) with Inhalation Anesthesia in Pediatric Bronchoscopy
Background: Because of airway stimulations during the bronchoscopy and lack of direct access to the airway, preferred method of anesthesia for rigid bronchoscopy is already controversial. In this study we compared inhalation anesthesia with total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA) for rigid bronchoscopy. Method and Materials: 30 patients aged 2-6 years were chosen divided on two same groups. Anesthe...

Background: Intracranial pressure (ICP) control is one of the anesthesiologist challenges in craniosynostosis repair surgery, especially in multiple sutures involvement. The aim of this study was comparing the effect of two anesthesia methods including inhalation with hyperventilation and total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA) on ICP control and surgeon satisfaction in pediatrics with craniosynost...
