BACKGROUND: Finding the optimum vascular grafts (VG) to replace damaged blood arteries in cardiac surgery is still a work progress. To be employed, tissue-engineered VG (TEVG) must have appropriate biological and mechanical qualities. Decellularized may better TEVG than synthetic because of their natural three-dimensional architecture. AIM: The goal this study was compare different concentrations times sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) decellularize tissue find best decellularized VG.
