Comparison of Crush Clamp Method and Ultrasound Dissection in Liver Transection Outcomes

Background: Preoperative hemorrhage and postoperative bile leakage are important complications of hepatectomy. various methods to reduce intraoperative bleeding during liver transection have been reported. We designed a randomized clinical trial compare crush clamp method ultrasound dissection in transection. Method: Twenty patient experienced hepatectomy with the method. The ultrasonic group consisted twenty patient. surgical outcomes including: Operation duration,bleeding ,p.c request,bile leakage,hospital stay duration hepatic failure evaluated compared. Results: Mean blood loss was 247 cc 232 group. Blood lower but difference did not raech significant level. Duration surgery almost identical .but shorter than That mean is faster. Acidosis were rare significant. There cases infection leakage. Conclusion: Post operative differ two groups.but .and .beacuse an equipment dependent procedure more expensive therefore we trend perform
