چکیده
Radix astragali, from the roots of Astragalus L. species, is regarded as an important traditional medicinal plant and has been widely used a Qi-Invigorating medicine for more than 2 000 years. Considering different metabolites or functional compounds astragali distinct underlying genetic information among two species important. Here, we compared root transcriptomes expression patterns genes involved in key secondary membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao A total 98 017 578 102 635 956 reads, including 294 560 92 494 416 high-quality were obtained A. membranaceus, respectively. In general, 73 785 (39.47%) 60 739 (34.93%) unigenes differentially expressed, indicating that had many homologous genes. comparison, carbon metabolism category contained most abundant mongholicus, it those found based on KEGG results. Genes may participate biosynthesis flavonoids, diterpenoids, triterpenoids, steroids, isoquinoline alkaloids, carotenoids, such CHS, F3H, GA3, CYPs, identified annotations. 5 227 101 transcription factors (TFs) Three TF categories showed twice numbers i.e., SOH1 (4:2), LIM (18:5), GRF (19:5), while MED7 (6:12). These results indicated pathways be synthesis active ingredients germplasm resources, data will provide valuable further utilization investigation these species.

Four new aromatic constituents, astraflavonoids A (1), B (2), C (3), and astramemoside A (4), along with sixteen known ones 5-20 were obtained from the stems of A. membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao. Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods. Among the known isolates, 14 was obtained from the Astragalus genus for the first time, while 7-12, 18-...
متن کاملAccumulation of astragalosides and related gene expression in different organs of Astragalus membranaceus Bge. var mongholicus (Bge.).
Astragalus membranaceus is one of the most important traditional Korean and Chinese medicinal herbs because it contains triterpenoid saponins (astragaloside I, II, III, and IV), which have beneficial and pharmacological effects on health. In this study, we analyzed 10 mevalonate pathway genes that are involved in astragaloside biosynthesis using the Illumina/Solexa HiSeq2000 platform. We determ...

BACKGROUND The content of medicinal bioactive constituents in huangqi is affected by plant age. In this study, we devised a quick and convenient method for determining the age of huangqi, which was cultivated in Hunyuan County (Shanxi Province). METHODS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10 growth years huangqi had 38 samples, all samples were collected separately. The growth rings in these samples were obser...
