چکیده
As robotic surgery continues to disseminate into the field of colon and rectal surgery, there is a growing interest in utilization intracorporeal anastomosis potentially improve surgical outcomes. The purpoe this study was compare feasibility, safety, short-term outcomes sigmoid low anterior resections performed with completely (CICA) technique traditional extracorporeal assisted (ECAA) technique. Consecutive series patients who underwent elective or for benign malignant disease utilizes either CICA ECAA between August 2017 November 2019. Surgical complications were assessed until 30 postoperative days compared two groups. A total 160 identified; 73 (45.6%) group 87 (54.4%) group. Most procedures malignancy (76%). Estimated blood loss lower (80.7 mL vs. 110.2 mL; p = 0.048), while operative times longer (5.9 ± SD hours 4.9 hours; < 0.001). Overall conversion rate 1.9%, no conversions occurred 54 (33.8%) 13 (8.3%) representing major complications. There significant differences day This demonstrates feasibility safety CICA. Outcomes are encouraging regardless anastomotic (CICA vs ECAA).

Robotic ileal ureter: a completely intracorporeal technique.
INTRODUCTION The first laparoscopic case of ileal interposition was reported in 2000, proving the feasibility of the procedure in a minimally invasive fashion by duplicating the principles of open surgery. Robotic applications in urology are expanding worldwide, given the unique features of the robotic platform, which facilitates more advanced laparoscopic procedures. In this study, we report a...
متن کاملCompletely Intracorporeal Robotic-Assisted Laparoscopic Ileovesicostomy
We present a report of a completely intracorporeal robotic-assisted laparoscopic ileovesicostomy with long term follow-up. The patient was a 55-year-old man with paraplegia secondary to tropical spastic paresis resulting neurogenic bladder dysfunction. The procedure was performed using a da Vinci Surgical system (Intuitive Surgical, Sunnyvale, CA) and took 330 minutes with an estimated blood lo...
متن کاملIntracorporeal Anastomosis in Laparoscopic Gastric Cancer Surgery
Laparoscopic gastrectomy has become widely used as a minimally invasive technique for the treatment of gastric cancer. When it was first introduced, most surgeons preferred a laparoscopic-assisted approach with a minilaparotomy rather than a totally laparoscopic procedure because of the technical challenges of achieving an intracorporeal anastomosis. Recently, with improved skills and instrumen...
متن کاملLaparoscopic ileal ureter: A completely intracorporeal technique
Ileal-ureteral substitution is a viable surgical procedure to provide a satisfactory solution to the problem of long segment ureteric defect. We attest to the feasibility of a total laparoscopic technique to perform a ileal-ureteral interposition. Laparoscopic harvesting of a segment of the ileum as a substitute for the ureter, followed by ureteroileal and ileovesical anastomoses with pure intr...
متن کاملCompletely intracorporeal robotic-assisted laparoscopic ileovesicostomy: initial results
We present a series of robotic-assisted laparoscopic ileovesicostomies with bowel work performed completely intracorporeally. The four patients selected for this procedure were all diagnosed with neurogenic bladder and failed conservative medical therapy. Preoperative patient data included age, body mass index (BMI), and urodynamic (UD) study results. Intra-operative data included estimated blo...
