Computational Method for Wavefront Sensing Based on Transport-of-Intensity Equation

چکیده
Recently the transport-of-intensity equation as a phase imaging method turned out an effective microscopy that does not require use of high-resolution optical systems and priori information about object. In this paper we propose mathematical model adapts for purpose wavefront sensing given light wave. The analysis influence longitudinal displacement z step between intensity distributions measurements on error in determining radius curvature spherical wave is carried out. proposed compared with traditional Shack–Hartmann based computer-generated Fourier holograms. Numerical simulation showed allows measurement 40 mm accuracy ~200 μm.
