Computer‐assisted structure elucidation (CASE): Current and future perspectives
نویسندگان
چکیده
The first publications on computer-assisted structure elucidation (CASE) appeared more than 50 years ago using IR spectra. Since then, the method has been greatly developed 1D and 2D NMR spectra as main source of structural information. There are several CASE expert systems that have developed, many structures complex natural products elucidated or revised these tools. Even though some may think reached its peak after this time, we believe power will increase continuously, advances in related scientific fields be incorporated them. In particular, invention new, informative experiments, synergy with DFT methods, application artificial intelligence machine learning methodologies help address problems not possible presently. respect, golden age is still future. Down Syndrome: Current Status, Challenges and Future Perspectives
Down syndrome (DS) is a birth defect with huge medical and social costs, caused by trisomy of whole or part of chromosome 21. It is the most prevalent genetic disease worldwide and the common genetic cause of intellectual disabilities appearing in about 1 in 400-1500 newborns. Although the syndrome had been described thousands of years before, it was named after John Langdon Down who described ...
متن کاملNeuroendoscopy: Current and Future Perspectives
Neuroendoscopic surgery is performed because it causes minimal damage to normal structures, carries a lower rate of complications, and achieves excellent outcomes. Surgeons using an endoscope and related instruments can perform complex operations through very small incisions, which is especially useful for minimally invasive procedures for the brain and spine. Neuroendoscopic surgery is now per...

متن کاملHuman 3-D tissue models in radiation biology: current status and future perspectives
In this review, we discuss the use of a variety of 3-D models (particularly 3-D skin, lung, breast and endothelial) in radiobiological research and highlight the differences in responses compared to 2-D culturing conditions (monolayers). We review the characteristics of existing 3-D models and aim to point out the substantial advantages 3-D cultures provide for modern radiobiology. In particula...
