چکیده

With the growing utility of blockchain technology, desire for reciprocal interactions among different blockchains is growing. However, most operational networks currently operate in a standalone setting. This fragmentation form isolated creates interoperability difficulties, inhibiting adoption various ecosystems. Interoperability key factor healthcare domain sharing EHRs patients registered independent networks. Each network could have its own rules and regulations, obstructing exchange improving diagnosis treatments. Examples include being treated by providers countries or regions, within one country but with set per state emirate. By contrast, federation can provide better communication service to stakeholders healthcare. Thus, solutions facilitating inter-blockchain such are needed. this possibility has not been fully explored, further investigations still conducted. Hence, present study proposes transaction-based smart contract triggering system communication, enabling EHR blockchains. We use local global contracts that will be executed once transaction created blockchain. Local used blockchain, whereas The experimental setup conducted using Hyperledger Fabric platform. Inter-blockchain between two fabric through Cactus health setup. To best our knowledge, first implement an model domain.

Secure and Trustable Electronic Medical Records Sharing using Blockchain

Electronic medical records (EMRs) are critical, highly sensitive private information in healthcare, and need to be frequently shared among peers. Blockchain provides a shared, immutable and transparent history of all the transactions to build applications with trust, accountability and transparency. This provides a unique opportunity to develop a secure and trustable EMR data management and sha...

Sharing electronic health records: the patient view.

The introduction of a national electronic health record system to the National Health Service (NHS) has raised concerns about issues of data accuracy, security and confidentiality. The primary aim of this project was to identify the extent to which primary care patients will allow their local electronic record data to be shared on a national database. The secondary aim was to identify the exten...

BBDS: Blockchain-Based Data Sharing for Electronic Medical Records in Cloud Environments

Disseminating medical data beyond the protected cloud of institutions poses severe risks to patients’ privacy, as breaches push them to the point where they abstain from full disclosure of their condition. This situation negatively impacts the patient, scientific research, and all stakeholders. To address this challenge, we propose a blockchain-based data sharing framework that sufficiently add...

Access Control Model for Sharing Composite Electronic Health Records

The adoption of electronically formatted medical records, so called Electronic Health Records (EHRs), has become extremely important in healthcare systems to enable the exchange of medical information among stakeholders. An EHR generally consists of data with different types and sensitivity degrees which must be selectively shared based on the need-to-know principle. Security mechanisms are req...
