Constraint on Brans-Dicke theory from intermediate/extreme mass ratio inspirals

چکیده
Intermediate/Extreme mass ratio inspiral (I/EMRI) system provides a good tool to test the nature of gravity in strong field. Based on method osculating orbits, we compute orbital evolutions I/EMRIs quasi-elliptic orbits both Einstein's general relativity and Brans-Dicke theory. The extra monopolar dipolar channels theory accelerate decay, so it is important consider effects emissions waveform. With help accurate motion, generate waveform templates which include contributions for eccentric two-year observation gravitational waves emitted from by LISA, get most stringent constraint coupling parameter $\omega_0>10^6$.

In this paper it is shown that in Brans-Dicke (BD) theory, if one considers a non-minimal coupling between the matter and scalar field, it can give rise to a bouncing universe (i.e. an expanding universe preceded by a contracting universe).
