A case study was conducted an inlet separator fabrication Batam, Indonesia. proposed method calculate optimal completion time through automatic with primavera software. demonstrates practical value for managers identifying shortest duration estimating most carrying out activities. In addition, provide more complex information including successors predecessors activities, critical times, estimates overall project.
