With the mature development of internet technology, corporate brand strategies have shifted from traditional offline forms to convenient and efficient online community models. In construction operation communities, enterprises ushered in new opportunities, while their competitive pressure has gradually increased. Content marketing, interactive behavior, loyalty are important driving forces for communities. order enhance competitiveness promote effective this article conducted in-depth research exploration on content empirical analysis using surveys. The results showed that two questions "content marketing makes people more inclined communicate with other consumers" stimulates people's purchasing desire", proportion users who chose agree strongly reached 66.67% 58.71%, respectively.
