Converse Barrier Functions via Lyapunov Functions

چکیده

We prove a robust converse barrier function theorem via the Lyapunov theory. While use of as is straightforward, existence for given safety set not. establish this link by robustness argument. show that closure forward reachable robustly safe must be asymptotically stable under mild technical assumptions. As result, all dynamical systems admit in form stability. present results both continuous-time and discrete-time settings remark on connections with various conditions.
