The main purpose of the research study was to determine association between coping strategies styles: problem-focused, emotion-focused and other with level work stress in nurses Neonatology Intensive Care Unit Hospital Belén de Trujillo (HBT) Regional Docente (HRDT). sample consisted 36 nurses, whom following scales were applied: Coping styles (EVEA) (EVNE). Chi-Square applied findings relationship variables. Results: most common problem-focused strategy high a percentage 69.4 44.4, respectively. In addition, low recurrent 47.2.
