Cloud Technology is adopted to process video streams because of the great features provided stream providers such as high flexibility using virtual machines and storage servers at low rates. Video prepare several formats same satisfy all users’ devices specification. in cloud are either transcoded or stored. However, storing videos still costly. In this research, we develop an approach that optimizes storage. Particularly, propose a method decides which should be stored minimize overall cost services. The results proposed promising, it shows effectiveness when number frequently accessed grow repository, views increases. decreases services by up 22%.
