COVID-19 and lack of socialization: does service innovation become an imperative for universities?

چکیده
Purpose This paper aims to examine the moderated mediation effect of lack students’ socialization (as one COVID-19 consequences) and university reputation on relationship between service innovation students satisfaction. The satisfaction their loyalty is also examined. Design/methodology/approach study adopts a quantitative research approach, whereas population consists all universities’ in Lebanon. Data were collected from 201 students, elected depending snowballing sample technique. A questionnaire was used gather data, whereby partial least squares structural equation modeling check proposed scales validity relationships variables. Findings findings reveal significant direct for university’s an indirect through role reputation. Moreover, evidence weak negative exists. Whereby, does not moderate Finally, has positive loyalty. Originality/value advances literature higher education sector. In addition, might be first address influence as consequences Furthermore, areas future are suggested.
