CREATIVE THINKING ABILITIES OF PROSPECTIVE MATHEMATICS TEACHERS IN SOLVING OPEN-ENDED TRIGONOMETRY PROBLEM

The current technological developments require students to have creative thinking skills. One of the four skills needed in 21st century is which still lacking students. purpose this study was describe prospective mathematics teachers’ solving open-ended trigonometry problems. This research descriptive qualitative research. involved 40 teachers who were then reduced subjects based on high and medium mathematical abilities studied more depth instruments used researcher, interview guide, questions. results collegers work analyzed aspects levels In study, data analysis phase includes reduction, presentation, conclusion.
