Critical Success Factors for ERP Implementation

Due to the high failure rate of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, implementation issues have been highly addressed in literature. Two major directions were followed literature focusing on technology adoption theories, and critical success factors (CSF) ERP from organizational perspectives. However, few studies covered both one study. This study extended TAM with computer self-efficacy (CSE), explored CSF that influence process systems a Qatari environment. 321 valid responses collected employees working 40 different organizations varied business lines Qatar. Results indicated perceived usefulness, ease use significant predictors behavioral intention (R2 = 0.56). Major findings descriptive analysis related concluded top management support, by users’ training, project are ones sample.
