چکیده

Relevance. With a high intensity of growth animals during the growing period and initial fattening period, when there is predominant accumulation muscle mass, microbial protein low amount non-degradable are not able to meet needs organism in amino acids. To obtain gains, it necessary increase metabolic acids due intake undeveloped well-digested into intestine. Methods. Two periods experiment were conducted on 3 groups bulls ( n = 3) with different levels degradation diets. The level was changed through use processed unprocessed sunflower meal controlled by incubation methods sacco, as well conducting balance experiments, monitoring microbial-enzymatic processes rumen blood parameters. Results. It found that reducing disintegration crude replacing part natural provides significant reduction ammonia content scar fluid from 9,73 мg / 100 ml 9,0 p < 0,1) 16,8 mg 13,2 0,05), which nitrogen excretion urine decreased 31,0 26,0 g/day 0,05) 73,0 62,0 average daily gain body weight increased 1300 1375 corresponding periods.
