The challenge on cybersecurity threatens intellectual capital students especially in a research university, theft crucial information, and financial loss. current study is multiple case threats challenges Selected Philippine State Universities Colleges National Capital Region. Sample participants were purposively selected experts from various College Universities. A structured interview as main instrument investigated assess active proactive approaches developing model framework for security resources respective academic institutions.
