Cybersecurity program for Philippine higher education institutions: A multiple-case study

<span lang="EN-US">Digital technology has become an integral aspect of educational system. Every state university funded the creation Information Technology Offices to secure its Management System. The challenge on cybersecurity threatens intellectual capital students especially in a research university, theft crucial information, and financial loss. current study is multiple case threats challenges Selected Philippine State Universities Colleges National Capital Region. Sample participants were purposively selected experts from various College Universities. A structured interview as main instrument investigated assess active proactive approaches developing model framework for security resources respective academic institutions. Responses gathered consolidated analyzed through thematic coding process. result revealed following are user education, cloud security, information strategy, unsecured personal devices. program logic will provide informed planning, implementation, assessment commission higher education collaboration with Department Communication Technology, Association Universities.</span>
