Today we generate lots data using these availability vast digital created a new field: science. Data science aims utilize develop solutions improve human life. Next-generation sequencing technologies enabled generation high-throughput genomic from DNA RNA. Considering great potential for understand biological functions substantial drop costs; amount increased exponentially over time. Sequencing are based shredding capture short reads. reads then combined identify map sample. Some our studies extraction multiple samples tumor application development, progression drug response. Unfortunately, all frequently used analysis algorithms optimistic assumptions. High level disparity is observed literature when compare different algorithms. Currently, do extensive testing realistic scenarios sources variation results. Finally, user-friendly platform comparative analyses enhance cooperation among scientists with backgrounds projects.
