Teachers are the most influential component in creating quality educational processes and outcomes. Therefore, improvement efforts made to improve of education. Schools will not make a significant contribution without support professional qualified teachers. really required have high performance. To teacher performance, 064022 State Elementary School conducts performance appraisals every 3 months but mechanism is less effective due lack transparency.
