چکیده
The main idea was to solve the problem related oil contamination of soil using bioremediation with bioaugmentation modeled microorganism strains. paper aimed develop a bacterial consortium for petroleum hydrocarbon degradation during biological treatment oil-contaminated soils electronic databases. research methodology included an analysis mechanisms and metabolic pathways assessment possible reaction modulus enzymatic systems aromatic compounds. taxonomic classification review compound transformation were carried out KEGG, MetaCyc, EzTaxon KEGG database used create microbiological certain strains bacteria that improved process performance. Identification bacteria’s complete genome Island Viewer 4 allowed oil-destructive consisting such strains: Pseudoxanthomonas spadix BD-a59, Rhodococcus jostii RHA1, aetherivorans IcdP1, Pseudomonas putida ND6, stutzeri 19SMN4, fluorescens UK4, Acinetobacter lactucae OTEC-02, Bacillus cereus F837/76.7.9. ratio between mentioned microorganisms in set at 20 % : 15 10 5 %. This hydrocarbons created according information basic predominant particular compounds BacDive database.

Role of microorganisms in bioremediation of oil polluted soils
The comparative analysis of microbial communities of pure and oil – polluted soils of Ukraine conducted by us has shown the considerable predominance in the latter the representatives of Rhodococcus and Gordonia genera. Among them the most part of strains belonged to the species of Rhodococcus erythropolis and Gordonia rubripertincta. Rhodococcus fascians, Rhodococcus ruber and Dietzia maris sp...
متن کاملDecontamination of Water Polluted with Phenol using Raphanus sativus Root
Plant materials have been found useful in decontamination of water polluted with phenolic compounds. The detoxification effect is due to peroxidases contained in plant tissue. Enzyme mediated oxidative coupling of phenol is followed by precipitation of the formed polymer and its removal from the aqueous phase. A synthetic wastewater buffered at pH = 7.4 containing 0.9 mM phenol was treated in t...

متن کاملBioremediation of Phenanthrene Polluted Soils
The best metabolic conditions for the biodegradation of hydrocarbons by a selected microbial consortium from a natural soil were investigated in order to improve the efficiency of bioremediation processes for cleaning of polluted waters and soils. Phenanthrene is one of the most recalcitrant pollutants to microbial decomposition and most difficult to remove. A microbial consortium was selected ...
