چکیده
Traditional multi-beam Geostationary (GEO) satellite communication systems provide broadband coverage using a regular grid of fixed spot-beams with uniform 4-colour frequency (4CR) reuse scheme. However, user distribution is non-uniform on ground and, consequently, the demand varies geographically. One potential solution to address high-demand regions enhance beam gain only in those areas. In this paper, we propose so-called driven densification approach, which leverages recent advances on-board active antenna technologies generate higher number beams over high hot-spot Increasing result overlapping needs be carefully considered within planning. context, combination densification, where and placement optimized targeting satisfaction objective, followed by frequency-color coding strategy for efficient spectrum interference management. Supporting results based numerical simulations show benefits proposed terms matching performance compared non-densified schemes schemes.
