Design and Experimental Study of Centrifugal Compressor in Fuel Cell Vehicle

چکیده

A high-speed centrifugal air compressor structure supported by aerodynamic pressure bearings and driven a permanent magnet synchronous motor was proposed. The integration of lubrication is realized, which meets the fuel cell system's requirements for oil-free efficient. Based on analysis principle bearing motor, parameters each component were designed, prototype developed. When working at 10×104rpm, it can provide compressed with maximum ratio 2.3, overall efficiency close to 80%, achieves stable operation, has higher wider flat characteristics. Finally, feasibility design verified bench test.
