Design of an Impact Absorbing Composite Panel from Denim Wastes and Acrylated Epoxidized Soybean Oil based Epoxy Resins

چکیده

The focus of this work is to make a significant contribution solid waste management by designing impact-absorbing bio-composite panels using bio-resin and denim wastes. In context, composite are produced vacuum infusion technique both epoxy acrylated epoxidized soybean oil (AESO) based hybrid resins while wastes utilized as reinforcement materials in fiber fabric forms. Both physical (fiber density weight ratio) mechanical analyses (drop-weight impact resistance dynamic analysis (DMA)) the composites performed. outcomes study prove that increase AESO ratio resin system improves ductility consequently resistance. On other hand, results indicate plug-in reduces storage module increases damping factor.
