Design of OTN Time-division Conversion Method Based on Time-to-space Transposition Matrix

Abstract With the increasing informatization and digitalization of modern society, commercialization Optical Transport Network is more extensive. In order to meet requirements 5G bearers with low delay improve OTN transmission efficiency, it necessary design an efficient slot time processing method. This paper designs multiplexing mapping structure timeslot method ODUk, takes OPU25 demultiplexing as research explanation object, loads 4-channel data into first-level RAM, reorganizes based on T2S transpose matrix, writes second-level uses barrel shift avoid RAM address conflicts. Then are read index, finally, division output complete conversion time-division lower-order channel. The experimental results show that channel can reduce difficulty RTL implementation, has high efficiency.
